The Warrior Cleanup Crew

About Us

Keep Wakefield Beautiful’s Warrior Cleanup Crew is a community effort started by the children of Wakefield, MA in organizing cleanup events in Wakefield in order to clean up our town’s streets. Our organization’s mission is to spread accountability through action, teach social responsibility by encouraging Wakefield residents to not litter and to pick up litter when they see it.

Spring into action! April 27, 2024 @ Galvin middle school (10am-12pm)

We are super excited to announce that the Warrior Clean Up Crew has partnered up with Keep Massachussetts Beautiful to host Spring Into Action 2024! Our cleanups are a call to action to the Town of Wakefield regarding the obscene amount of litter covering our streets and nature reserves and that simple, daily acts of prevention, like helping a friend make positive choices or supporting a family member in need, can lead to healthier lives for each of us today, and stronger, happier communities, tomorrow.

The Spring Into Action 2024 Cleanup will be held Saturday April 27th at 10am to 12pm at Galvin Middle School (by the basketball courts)

Community sponsors are the primary source of funding for this event and will help ensure its success. You can provide support in the following

• Be a Co-Sponsor or Event Supporter through a monetary donation. Your company logo will be placed on materials to promote the event.
• Donate
• Participate on our planning committee.
• Volunteer at the event.
• Sponsor or host an event at your facility.
• Provide information to clients or patrons about the daily themes of the Warrior Cleanup Crew.

Spring Clean Up 2023!

Thank you!

Spring Clean Up 2023 was a huge success!

Together, in partnership with the Wakefield Youth Council, we picked up a lot of trash surrounding Woodville and Wakefield Memorial High School. I want to express my sincere gratitude for your invaluable contribution as a Warrior Clean Up Crew member. Your dedication, enthusiasm, and hard work all make a remarkable difference in our community.

By working together, we can create a more sustainable environment for ourselves and our future generations. Warrior’s lead by example and teach kids about the harmful effects of littering and to pick up trash if you see it.

Together we are committed to improving our environment and making Wakefield a litter free town. On behalf of the entire community, I extend my heartfelt appreciation for the time, energy and dedication you have invested in cleaning up our town. Thank you for being an invaluable member of the Warrior Clean Up Crew.
